Our Fort Walton Beach location cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18, it is a city ordinance, therefore it is illegal! If you are under 18 and wish to be tattooed you may contact our Crestview location at 850-689-4577 and speak with one of our artists.
If you are a minor (under 18 years of age) dead-set on getting Pierced or Tattooed, please share your desire with your parent or guardian. Although tattoos and piercings have become more mainstream and accepted, be sure to find out from your place of employment what their policies are, not everyone has an open mind!
Remember, We Are Named Tattoos Forever, Not Tattoos Until You Change Your Mind…
We recognize that under- age kids want to be pierced and/or tattooed, even without a parents consent and may go to extremes to fulfill this desire. If your child is open with you and shares such feelings, we would much rather your child be pierced and/or tattooed in a friendly and safe environment, with professionally trained artists.
Please note: Our Fort Walton Beach location has a notary on staff, there is a $10 fee, please call 850-244-5117 to see if our notary is available at the time you wish to come in. You may also find a notary at your bank or at the hotel, condo, or resort where you are staying. You will need a valid photo i.d., Driver’s license, learner’s license, State identification card, passport, Military i.d., to have the form notarized and to be pierced or tattooed. A valid photo i.d. must have a photo of you and your birth date. No exceptions!!! If you are on vacation we recommend that you wait until the end of it before getting pierced or tattooed. Our aftercare instructions require you to stay out of the sun, hot tubs, pools, the gulf, the ocean, rivers, streams, ponds, or anywhere else that would cause the piercing or tattoo to be submerged in any water, for at least 2 weeks. This allows for proper healing of your tattoo or piercing.
